Ce produit est destiné au drainage percutané en une seule étape, sous contrôle fluoroscopique par tomodensitométrie en temps réel.

CARACTÉRISTIQUES

  1. Le cathéter est fabriqué en TPU, un matériau unique, anti-torsion facilitant l'insertion et radio-opaque.
  2. Il est utilisé pour les néphrostomies, les abcès et autres drainages à usage multiple.
  3. La mise en place du cathéter s'effectue soit par accès direct avec un stylet et une canule métalliques, soit par la technique de Seldinger.
  4. Le système de verrouillage de sécurité assure une fixation solide de la queue de cochon.
  5. Les larges orifices de drainage ovales augmentent la capacité de drainage.

Conception intégrée et pré-assemblée

  • The catheter, sharp rigid metal inner trocar/stylet, and hub come as a single, ready-to-use unit. This eliminates the need for multiple steps (guidewire insertion, serial dilation, catheter threading over the wire) required in the Seldinger technique.
  • “One-Step” Insertion: The procedure essentially becomes a single puncture step: advance the pre-assembled unit through the skin and into the target fluid collection.

Mécanisme de verrouillage

  • Après rétraction, le stylet/trocart se verrouille solidement dans l'embase.
    Ceci empêche toute réinsertion accidentelle (qui exposerait à nouveau la pointe acérée) et le maintient hors de portée pendant le drainage.

Tailles et configurations

  • Disponible en différentes tailles françaises (diamètres) et longueurs pour s'adapter aux différentes tailles de patients, profondeurs de collecte de liquide et viscosités de liquide (par exemple, de 6Fr à 16Fr, longueurs de 10 cm à plus de 40 cm).

  • Plusieurs orifices de drainage latéraux sont situés près de l'extrémité du cathéter (dans la cavité cible).
    Ils permettent au liquide de pénétrer efficacement dans la lumière du cathéter sous différents angles.

Une distance de 2,5 cm par rapport à l'orifice terminal réduit le recirculation et l'aspiration pariétale, minimisant ainsi le risque de formation de caillots.

Suitable for connection

Le tube d'aspiration fourni est compatible avec les poches de drainage cliniques courantes et les dispositifs de pression négative. Il est équipé d'un régulateur de débit.
