Neutral Needle Free Connectors

The ABLE®disposable needle free connector is made of medical grade polycarbonate and silicon rubber. It provides with the standard Luer connector which meets the requirements of ISO 80369 and the access port for multiple injections. The product is sterile, nonpyrogenicity, well biocompatible and convenient for use.
In medicine, a needleless connector connects to the end of vascular catheters and enable catheter access for infusion and aspiration. It was developed to reduce needlestick injuries, which occurs when the skin is accidentally punctured by a used needle.

Neutral Needle Free Connector

  1. Neutral fluid displacement designed helps reduce reflux- related occlusions, low measured displacement and blood back flow.
  2. Self-opening split septum results in full connectivity;
  3. Flat and smooth surface is easy to complete swabbing;
  4. Straight fluid path ensures large volume, small dead space and back flow. No microbial colonization;
  5. Clear housing provides easy observation;
  6. High quality silicone valve ensure multiple insertion without leakage.
  7. Excellent air-tight design keeps the connector out of air, fluid and foreign material.
  8. Material safety for generic drug, lipid drug, blood and plasma products.
  9. Metal-free & MRI-compatible & Latex-free & DEHP free & Anti-esterificatio.
  10. Standard luer lock – ISO 80369 compliant.
  11. Glass syringe compatible version available

    – Priming Volume: 0.09ml.
    – Flowing rate: 120 ml/min under 1 meter hydrostatic pressure
    – Activation: 300 times/72 hours
    – Standard Pressure 300kPa
    – High Pressure resistance 350PSI (testing standard ISO 10555)
